The holidays are approaching and juggling the demands of work and staying healthy can be challenging. Join us on Thursday, November 13th at 12noon at WeWork Crossroads in San Mateo to feel good at work and for the holidays.
She-Rae Chen, the founder of SpringSpot, is an ACSM certified personal trainer, PN1 sports and exercise nutrition coach, and registered yoga teacher and will be offering a short workshop on ways to give yourself more energy throughout the workday. From movement tips, snacks to eat, and even mental tricks.
Also with the holidays approaching, learn ways to not overeat during the holidays and get inspiration for healthy things you can do together as a family.
You'll walk away with simple and easy-to-follow tips to implement in your day to day life that will improve your physical and mental health.
