Want to setup your own training with a professional coach for a group of kids? We love working with kids and and know how to motivate them *and* make it fun.

Want to setup a series of group trainings or have a birthday party or special event coming up? Do something active and promote healthy habits.

INCLUDED IN EACH TRAINING

* Trainer: Professional Coach

* Equipment: Provided by Coach, except for exercise mats

* Duration: 60 minutes

* Ages: Kids 8 years old and up

* Participants: Up to 10 participants (atleast 5)

* Location: You provide the facility, we provide the training. Location should be within 30 miles driving radius from San Mateo, CA. SpringSpot will provide general liability insurance for the training at the mutually agreed upon chosen facility.

* Scheduling: Training times can take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during the hours 1-5pm PT, not on federal holidays. Must be scheduled within 3 months of purchase date. If you desire a day or time outside these days and hours, for example Saturday or Sunday, email events@springspot.co about availability.

* Programming: Each session starts with proper stretching and warmup routine, then goes into the focus area.

* Companion app: For 1 week after the session, every participant will also get access to a private event page in the SpringSpot app with workouts and training that supplements what was included in the training session.

Though there is no physical product, you'll need to enter your mailing address and for Delivery Method, just choose No Shipping.

UPON PURCHASE

You'll receive an email asking you to confirm the estimated number of participants and provide three (3) preferred dates and times for your training. The date and time should be confirmed within 3 business days of purchase.
Once a date and time is confirmed, you will receive a registration link that you can send to your participants to complete before the training. Registration must be completed by every participant atleast 24 hours before the training begins.
